Now hiring: we are hiring a dishwasher in Koraput, State of Odisha. We are looking for good teamwork with chefs and floor staff; previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred; able to stand on your feet for long shifts. Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
