Great opportunity: we are hiring a confectioner in Bangalore Rural, State of Karnataka. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Your main tasks: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
