Protective coatings painter — Kottayam

We are recruiting: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Kottayam, State of Kerala. You will work in a paint and spray workshop. On a typical shift you will strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; sand and fill walls before applying primer. Ideally you have comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding; sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
