Immediate opening: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Nagarkurnool, State of Telangana. Day-to-day duties: • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level What we are looking for: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
