We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Faridabad District, State of Haryana. Your main tasks: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Part-time with flexible hours.
