Vacancy available: we are hiring a stone mason in Gaya, State of Bihar. The job is in a natural stone fabrication unit. We are looking for 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone; knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching; own hand tools an advantage. On a typical shift you will grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish; cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site; seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers; level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat; restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
