Electrostatic spray painter — Kanpur Dehat

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh. The job is at a powder coating unit. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Day-to-day duties: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Full-time, day shift.
