Great opportunity: we are hiring a butcher in Devbhumi Dwarka, State of Gujarat. You will work at a wholesale meat market. You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
