Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in Ajitgarh, State of Punjab. You should bring clean, presentable and friendly at the counter; able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler. You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
