We are recruiting: we are hiring a door supervisor in Osmanabad, State of Maharashtra. You will work at a gated residential society. You will respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts; keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area; detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police; hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover; control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. ₹19,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
