Fire and safety officer • Mahesana, State of Gujarat

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Mahesana, State of Gujarat. You will be based in a chemical processing unit. The role involves: • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift What we are looking for: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites 6+ years on the tools preferred.
