We are looking for physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles; ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams. The role involves: • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
