Furniture assembly handyman — Jayashankar Bhupalapally

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a furniture assembly handyman in Jayashankar Bhupalapally, State of Telangana. You will work in student accommodation during move-in week. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting, carrying and kneeling through a full working day • Polite, presentable manner for working in customers' homes • Proven experience assembling flat-pack and bespoke furniture Day-to-day duties: • Read flat-pack assembly manuals and lay out all parts and hardware before starting • Use a cordless drill/driver and hex keys to tighten fittings to the right torque • Fit cam locks, cam screws, confirmat screws and minifix connectors • Sort screws, dowels, cam locks and Allen keys by step number • Break down and remove packaging, cardboard and polystyrene after the job Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
