Requirements: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports On a typical shift you will MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer.
