We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Chumoukedima, State of Nagaland. The job is at a high-rise building site. Ideal candidate: • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang Your main tasks: • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₹32,000 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
