Great opportunity: we are hiring a hotel receptionist in Sundargarh, State of Odisha. The job is in a resort or holiday hotel. On the job you will handle: • Run the night audit and close the day's accounts on the night shift • Answer incoming calls and route them to the right department • Handle lost property, complaints and billing disputes at the desk • Keep the lobby, desk and back office tidy and presentable • Provide directions, local recommendations and tourist information • Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and housekeeping status Ideal candidate: • Basic knowledge of local attractions, transport and restaurants • Right to work and, where required, an ID/background check • Comfortable handling cash, card payments and till reconciliation Performance bonus on top of base pay.
