Prep cook • Doda, State of Jammu and Kashmir

Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Doda, State of Jammu and Kashmir. We are looking for able to read and follow recipes and dockets; 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen; familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking. The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
