Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Kalahandi, State of Odisha. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. The role involves: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Six days a week, one day off.
