Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Tarn Taran, State of Punjab. You will work in a catering unit. Day-to-day duties: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 1+ years on the tools preferred.
