We are recruiting: IKEA furniture assembler (State of Arunachal Pradesh)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an IKEA furniture assembler in West Kameng, State of Arunachal Pradesh. You will be based in an office undergoing a furniture refit. On a typical shift you will carry out a final check that every door, drawer and panel is square and stable; level units and wardrobes with a spirit level and adjustable feet or shims; use a cordless drill/driver and hex keys to tighten fittings to the right torque; break down and remove packaging, cardboard and polystyrene after the job; assemble wardrobes, beds, cabinets, desks and bookshelves from flat-pack panels; move and position heavy furniture without marking floors, walls or doorframes. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends • Polite, presentable manner for working in customers' homes Part-time with flexible hours.
