Urgent requirement: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Junagadh, State of Gujarat. You will be based at a brass and bronze foundry. You should have: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts Your main tasks: • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together Pay around ₹34,500 per month, based on your experience.
