Immediate opening: we are hiring a guest service agent in Baragarh, State of Odisha. Your main tasks: • Process late check-outs, upgrades and room changes • Balance the cash float and run the shift report at end of shift • Keep the lobby, desk and back office tidy and presentable • Handle same-day, online and phone reservations What we are looking for: • Good telephone manner and clear written communication • Calm under pressure when the desk is busy or a guest is upset A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
