Great opportunity: we are hiring a washing machine repair technician in Tiruvannamalai, State of Tamil Nadu. The job is in a white goods retailer's service department. The role involves: • Reprogram and calibrate electronic control boards and displays • Check earth continuity and insulation resistance with a PAT tester before handover • Advise customers on appliance care and preventive maintenance • Replace worn drum bearings, seals and belts on washing machines • Install new appliances and connect water, gas and electrical supplies • Strip down and rebuild appliance motors, pumps and compressors Requirements: • F-Gas certification for refrigerant handling • Full clean driving licence for a service van • Up to date with PAT testing and electrical safety regulations Six days a week, one day off.
