Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Salem, State of Tamil Nadu. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
