We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Central Delhi, National Capital Territory of Delhi. Day to day you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. Ideally you have good teamwork with chefs and floor staff; able to work fast and keep up under service pressure; comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates. Rotating shifts.
