The role involves verify ID and payment details against the booking record; answer incoming calls and route them to the right department; keep the lobby, desk and back office tidy and presentable; monitor the PMS for overbookings and no-shows; take card payments and process pre-authorisations at check-in. You should have: • Able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays • Fluent in the local language plus good spoken English Full-time, day shift.
