Requirements: • Good customer manner and clear communication with clients • Full clean driving licence for a service van On a typical shift you will diagnose faults in washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, fridges and ovens using multimeters and manufacturer fault codes; test and replace heating elements, thermostats and thermal fuses; complete job sheets and service reports for each callout; advise customers on appliance care and preventive maintenance; recharge and evacuate refrigerant circuits on fridges and freezers using recovery equipment; descale and clean condenser coils, filters and drainage systems. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
