Stainless steel welder — Lucknow District

Now hiring: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Lucknow District, Uttar Pradesh. The job is in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. Day to day you will weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion. We are looking for able to read isometric and fabrication drawings; sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection; able to pass a practical weld test on the first day. Rotating shifts.
