We are recruiting: we are hiring a moulder in Mulugu, State of Telangana. The job is in the fettling and dressing shop. The role involves cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity. You should have: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
