Now hiring: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Mokokchung, State of Nagaland. The job is at a stainless steel fabrication shop. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Own basic hand tools and PPE On a typical shift you will feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer ₹32,000 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
