Urgent requirement: we are hiring a counter butcher in Mahisagar, State of Gujarat. Ideally you have food hygiene / HACCP certificate; able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry. Day-to-day duties: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
