Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in East Delhi, National Capital Territory of Delhi. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
