Vacancy available: we are hiring a wood machinist in Shahid Bhagat Singh Nagar, State of Punjab. The job is at a kitchen and furniture manufacturer. Your main tasks: • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops We are looking for able to read technical drawings and cutting lists; confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers; physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height. 5+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
