Immediate opening: we are hiring a roofing labourer in Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh. The job is on re-roofing and repair jobs. Requirements: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds The role involves: • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses Six days a week, one day off.
