Immediate opening: single needle operator (State of Chhattisgarh)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a single needle operator in Gaurella Pendra Marwahi, State of Chhattisgarh. You will work on an export house sewing floor. Day to day you will trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish. Ideally you have comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line; knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance; 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory.
