You should have: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio The role involves stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns. ₹32,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
