Join our team: we are hiring a banksman in Jammu, State of Jammu and Kashmir. You will work at a power plant. Day-to-day duties: • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift What we are looking for: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces Full-time with occasional weekends.
