Immediate opening: house painter (State of Kerala)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a house painter in Kozhikode, State of Kerala. The job is at a property maintenance company. Ideally you have comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding; 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator. Day-to-day duties: • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer Pay around ₹35,000 per month, based on your experience.
