The role involves carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; clear and reset tables between covers; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins.
