Now hiring: we are hiring a lorry driver in Nilgiris, State of Tamil Nadu. You will be based at a logistics warehouse. Day to day you will carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops. You should bring current Driver CPC qualification card; good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
