Press operator wanted in Gir Somnath

Now hiring: we are hiring a press operator in Gir Somnath, State of Gujarat. The role involves check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings. Requirements: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg 1+ years on the tools preferred.
