You should bring valid first aid and basic firefighting training; confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot. On a typical shift you will run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors.
