Your main tasks: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Season and marinate meat on request • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths ₹13,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
