Sausage maker — Satara Division

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Satara Division, State of Maharashtra. The job is in a supermarket meat department. Ideally you have physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day; able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler. Day-to-day duties: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Season and marinate meat on request • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Full-time, day shift.
