Halal butcher wanted in Bharatpur

Vacancy available: we are hiring a halal butcher in Bharatpur, State of Rajasthan. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. Ideally you have confident knife skills and safe blade handling; comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers; clean, presentable and friendly at the counter. The role involves: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
