Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Kanniyakumari, State of Tamil Nadu. The role involves prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Ideally you have 2+ years' experience as a baker; able to lift 25 kg flour sacks. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer ₹15,500 per month plus benefits.
