Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Bundi, State of Rajasthan. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. We are looking for familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens; understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics; able to work early-morning and night shifts. On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Full-time with occasional weekends.
