We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Mokokchung, State of Nagaland. The job is in a hotel kitchen. You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 3+ years on the tools preferred.
