Bar waiter — Dungarpur

You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems The role involves check back during the meal and handle special requests; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; clear and reset tables between covers; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table.
