Vacancy available: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Aurangabad, State of Maharashtra. You will work at a shipbuilding yard. Day to day you will work out the load weight and the lifting radius; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger. Ideally you have current medical and eyesight certificate; understanding of hand and radio signals; physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts. Full-time, day shift.
